Monthly dues and discounts can be applied to any acupuncture treatments, only functional medicine services are excluded.

Yes! Monthly dues and service fees can be paid with FSA/HSA, and receipts can be provided.

Memberships require a 3-month initial commitment. During this initial period, memberships are non-cancellable and non-refundable. After the initial 3 months, your membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.
You may change your membership tier level or cancel at any time after the initial commitment period by providing written notice at least 15 days before your next billing date.
Billing cycle start dates on either the 1st or 15th of each month
If you miss or can't use your monthly membership value, you may roll over one month of membership credit per year to use in a future month.
On Point Acupuncture cannot bill members' insurance policies directly, but your provider can provide you with Superbills to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Existing patients can contact Awny via the “Become a member” button above to select the membership tier that best suits you. Awny will send you a contract, a subscription plan, and a Square invoice for your first month's dues.
Alternatively, if you are a new patient you may book an acupuncture session with Awny and discuss which membership tier may be best for your unique health goals.
